Privacy Policy

At Argyle Communications, we understand that privacy is an important issue. Because Argyle respects the privacy of every individual who visits this website, the private nature of information provided to or collected on this site is appropriately maintained. In general, you can visit Argyle’s website without revealing any personal data such as name, telephone number or email address. There are two kinds of information that the Argyle website collects: site visitorship data and personal information voluntarily provided to Argyle by site visitors through the ‘Need PR’ contact form.

Visitorship data

We analyze the visitorship data for trends and statistics (e.g. so we know which are the most and least visited pages on the site). This information is used to improve the content and organization of this site based upon traffic patterns in visitorship preference, ultimately to deliver a better experience to visitors.

Personal information

Argyle will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (that is, your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) unless you provide it to us with your consent. If you choose to give Argyle personal information via the site, such as sending a request for information through the ‘Need PR’ form, we will only use it for the business purposes of Argyle. If you do not want your personally identifiable information collected, then please do not submit it to us. If you have already submitted this information and would like us to remove it from our records, please contact us to delete your information from our existing files. The same practices apply for information submitted by paper hard copy.

Argyle does not sell personal information to any third party. All information is kept in secure places.

This site contains links to other websites and Argyle is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. Argyle encourages you to review the privacy policies of all websites, especially prior to submitting any personal information.
