Argyle signs two leading consumer food clients

Account wins strengthen Argyle Communications’ status
as one of Canada’s leading providers of food and beverage PR


TORONTO, April 24, 2008 – Argyle Communications today announced two additions to the company’s growing food and consumer products client list. Neilson Dairy engaged the firm to lead a multi-faceted brand building campaign for DHA Omega-3 enhanced Dairy Oh! fresh milk. Argyle will also work on behalf of the New Brunswick Salmon Growers’ Association (NBSGA) to promote farm-raised Atlantic salmon from Canada’s East Coast.


Following a competitive process, Argyle’s consumer marketing team was selected as the public relations agency of record for Neilson Dairy, a leading producer and innovator of fresh and shelf-stable milk. Argyle’s first mandate is to build consumer awareness and understanding of Dairy Oh!, the first fresh milk to offer naturally occurring DHA Omega-3. Introduced in 2004, Dairy Oh! dominates the value-added milk Omega-3 category with 90% share of total volume, according to The Nielsen Company.

The NBSGA campaign will also correct misinformation regarding food safety and contaminants.
